RANDOMISED
One target lights at a random moment. Strike it and the next one fires. This is the benchmark mode for your reaction time.
Scores · reaction msGlowing targets stand around you. One lights up, you move and strike, and the target clocks your reaction to the millisecond. Every session adds to a record of how your reflexes change over months and years.
Click, tap, or press keys 1–4. This browser version adds screen and input lag; real Hiltaro targets time the strike on board.
The system sends a cue, you strike, the target registers the hit and times it, and the result is stored. Only the targets and controller are required. Add the saber, wearables and room lighting when you want more data or more atmosphere.
Freestanding light columns that take real strikes and time each one themselves. They glow blue when it is time to strike and flash red when a hit lands. Power one on and the system finds it.
Chooses which target fires and when, keeps a 500 ms heartbeat on every unit, and stores each session. If a target drops out mid-session, it leaves the rotation and rejoins when it reconnects. Your session never stops.
Counts you in, calls out milestones and reads your summary when the session ends. Start, stop and switch modes by voice without leaving the floor.
A light-up training blade that measures swing speed, acceleration and impact on every strike.
Wall and ceiling light units that react to the session in real time: countdowns, hits, misses and new personal bests.
Most light-up trainers time you from a central box, so radio delay gets added to every reaction. That delay changes from strike to strike, which makes long-term comparisons unreliable.
Hiltaro targets start the clock when they light up and stop it when they feel the hit, on their own processor. The radio only carries the finished number. A 280 ms reaction this year means the same thing as a 280 ms reaction next year.
Each mode is a mix of cue, timing, scoring and hit detection. New modes arrive as updates, so the targets you buy today keep getting new drills.

Scores · reaction msOnly one of the three light zones glows. Hit that exact zone. Trains accuracy and speed together.
Scores · zone accuracyNo light at all. Find the active target by its sound and strike. Builds spatial hearing and awareness.
Scores · reaction msThe gap between cues shrinks as you speed up and widens when you fade. A strong warm-up for your nervous system.
Scores · pace heldSpeed takes a back seat. Every strike's impact is measured and ranked, so you can track striking power on its own.
Scores · impact forceSet duration, number of targets, light or sound cues, hit threshold, delay and scoring. Build the drill your coach wants.
Scores · your choiceIn development: endurance, sequence memory, multi-target and head-to-head modes.
Light-up pads tell you how one session went. Hiltaro keeps every strike from every session, so you can see whether you are getting sharper and notice early when you start to slow down.
Every session saves its setup: how many targets, the layout, the mode and difficulty. Trends only compare sessions with the same setup.
Reaction time, strike force and swing speed each get their own long-term trend line.
When your rolling average drifts above your own baseline and stays there, you get told.
Pair a heart-rate or HRV sensor and see how your body's state lines up with your speed, down to the millisecond.
Each athlete has their own history. Standard modes feed a leaderboard. Age-normalised benchmarks show where you stand.
Train bare-handed, gloved, or with any stick and the system works the same. Pick up the Hiltaro saber and every strike also records swing speed, acceleration and impact.
Peak speed on every strike, tracked over time as its own metric.
Measures how hard the blade stops on contact, independent of the target's sensor.
Colour sweeps, fire effects and pulses that react to motion, plus hit and miss flashes.
Rechargeable battery, onboard speaker and wireless link. No cables on the floor.
One target works. Three or four is the standard setup. Ten or more turns a hall into an arena.
Fighters, fencers and martial artists who need faster reactions and proof they are improving.
A drill station that tracks every member separately, with leaderboards that keep people coming back.
Room lighting, voice calls and many targets together for experience centres and events.
Reaction time is a marker of physical readiness. Watch yours over the years and act early if it slips.
Hiltaro started on a workbench with one glowing target. These entries come from the founder's own lab notes.
One target, lit blue at random. A strike turned it red. That day's lab note ended like this:
"It works!!!!"
Targets start talking to a central controller without cables, each with its own light zones and hit sound.
The company is incorporated in Karnataka to design and build sports technology and reactive training systems.
Moving from prototypes to production units and the first training spaces.
We are lining up the first gyms, academies, venues and athletes to train on Hiltaro. Write to us to get on the list or to talk partnerships.
